Body, Mind, Spirit  --  the Human Trilogy
Rediscover the Balance Necessary for Your Peace and Prosperity;
and Our Lost National Identity
The Human Trilogy As human beings we are composed of the visible body and the invisible spirit and mind. There is a direct and consequential relationship between these three essential parts.

By honestly answering the following question, I will show you this connection and how you can rid yourself of this negative feeling and find your own peace.

Spiritual Awareness

Do you have a gnawing feeling, deep in the pit of your stomach,
that something is dreadfully wrong in America today?

If you are like the many Americans I’ve visited with, you do; and that’s good (read on to see why); but please, don’t ignore that feeling any longer!!

That gnawing feeling is YOUR spirit desperately trying to get your attention; to help you.

Before your Mind (intellect) goes into protective overdrive, let me assure you that this is not about religion. To clarify, let me briefly explain the difference between your spirituality and religion.

Your spirit resides in you, it is internal; it is also referred to as your soul; it is your direct connection to your Creator, Nature’s God*; it is also your direct connection with the eternal truths, the Law’s of Nature*; it is the ultimate representation of your love, goodness and trust. It is where the eternal truths and values reside in you; and yes, it’s an integral part of your humanity.

Religion, on the other hand, is man’s external attempts of managing that love, goodness and trust. As the hindsight of recorded history shows us, man’s use of religion has had mixed results. Religion has caused untold suffering, pain and alienation to many people instead of providing the very thing the people wanted and needed. So many people today, relying mostly on their intellectual deductive powers, have come to the conclusion that religion is bad and thus become very uncomfortable whenever the topic comes up, much to the detriment of their own spirit and overall well-being. Our spirit is there to give our intellect guidance, not the other way around.

So, this discussion focuses on our own internal guidance not the man-made external organizations.

Your Mind

Our minds started capturing information and experiences in the womb; information used primarily for our safety and welfare. It is the repository of our conscious and unconscious human experiences and conclusions. Familial and social experiences form the basis of our conclusions and thus our path in life.

Rational humans understand fallibility; we understand that we make mistakes, that we don’t have all the answers. Without spiritual input, the mind, recognizing it’s fallibility will acquire a more survival oriented posture. Fear becomes the driving force and protection the finite goal.

Your Body
Our bodies are incredibly complex chemical organisms which are directly linked to the earth for physical support. It is the visible result of the invisible mental and spiritual process. Learning about your body, how to care for it, its many component and how they interact are necessary to being healthy. The phrase, garbage in - garbage out, also applies here. In learning about the marvelous processes that have gone on since the beginning of time, without our understanding or input, we get a glimpse of the wonderful gift our bodies are to each one of us. This is probably why most religions refer to our body as the temple of our soul (spirit) which must be respected.
The Connection

So, there is a definite connection between Spirit, Mind, and Body. The ideal situation would be perfect balance, much like the three legged stool on the cover having three equal length legs.

The eternal Spirit assisting the finite Mind, providing unconscious and conscious inputs to the Body. Again, hindsight shows us the imperfections associated with our finite mind and our involuntary survival instincts when our minds dominate.

When our Spirit isn’t nurtured it can’t effectively assist the mind to create healthy choices for our bodies. This is called dis-ease, to not be in a harmonious state. Physical disease is the direct manifestation of an imbalance of our core trilogy. Unchecked intellectual processes create direct physical manifestations and chemical overload. When the mind is primarily responsible for all the answers - and does not have them - it instinctively becomes defensive and fear becomes evident. When the mind rules, fear and self-preservation become paramount issues.

The Choice

First, recognize that your nagging feeling is a healthy warning that you are out of balance. Your Spirit must be nurtured daily, and consciously involved in your intellectual decisions. Slowly it will infuse your unconscious mind; you will become and act more balanced; and be more at peace. But you must choose this. Even though the Spirit resides in you, you must choose to involve it.

In America this has been and once again should be demonstrated through our Christian values. Such grass roots, practical Christianity would (once again) effect our families, community and nation. Soon we would have Christian representatives and judges. Then the laws and rulings they make would reflect what we hold important. We would once again become a balanced nation and the world’s trustworthy friend.

Spiritual
Renaissance

Why is this so important? Because without your balance you cannot have inner peace; and without inner peace, there cannot be collective national peace; and without national peace we cannot demonstrate the core values that once made us unique. We must restore these lost values and once again be the only land of hope in this world.

Join us in promoting this individual and national renaissance of balance and peace. Do your part, nurture your Spirit and commit to finding your balance and peace. The worst thing that can happen is that you’ll find an enjoyment and fulfillment that has eluded many humans.
